Welcome to Lola Girl Rocks (lolagirlrocks.com). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and your purchase of any products from us. By placing an order or using this site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
1. About Us
Lola Girl Rocks is a single-member LLC based in Minnesota, offering crystals, gemstones, and related products for sale online. All references to "we," "us," or "our" refer to Lola Girl Rocks.
2. Products
• All products are sold as described and pictured on our website to the best of our ability.
• Because our items are natural crystals and gemstones, variations in size, color, shape, and inclusions are normal and expected. Each piece is unique, and the item you receive may vary slightly from the photo shown.
• We make every effort to accurately represent our products but do not guarantee that colors, sizes, or details will appear exactly as shown due to differences in screens, lighting, and natural variation in stone.
3. Pricing and Payment
• All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.
• Payment is due in full at the time of purchase.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or unavailability of stock.
4. Shipping
• Orders of $75 or more ship free. Orders under $75 are charged a flat shipping rate of $7.99.
• Orders are typically processed and shipped within 7–10 business days of purchase.
• Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, customs (for international orders, if applicable), or other circumstances outside our control.
• Risk of loss and title for items purchased passes to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier.
• It is the buyer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer at checkout.
5. No Refunds, Returns, or Exchanges
All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect size, color, or appearance expectations
• Natural variation in crystal/gemstone shape, color, or inclusions
Please review your order carefully, including item descriptions and photos, before completing your purchase.
If there is a problem with your package — damaged in transit, lost, or otherwise not as expected — please email us immediately at HELLO@LOLAGIRLROCKS.COM so we can work it out together. Include your order number and, if applicable, photos of the damaged item and packaging.
6. Order Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to guarantee changes or cancellations, as we aim to process orders quickly. If you need to request a change, contact us as soon as possible at HELLO@LOLAGIRLROCKS.COM, and we will do our best to accommodate the request before the order ships — though this cannot be guaranteed.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and product descriptions, is the property of Lola Girl Rocks and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our prior written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lola Girl Rocks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of this website or purchase of our products. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the item in question.
Crystals and gemstones sold on this site are intended for decorative and personal enjoyment purposes only. Any claims regarding metaphysical, healing, or therapeutic properties are based on traditional or folkloric beliefs and are not scientifically verified. Our products are not a substitute for professional medical or psychological advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
